Shipping and costs
Orders will be shipped by standard air mail. This store cannot be held responsible for orders that to not reach their destination. If you want your order to be sent with registered mail and insurance, please send an e-mail to store AT ladylau DOT com, also to inform about rates to your destination.
Shipping costs differ, according to the number of items you order. With standard mail, these amounts are used:
LadyLau - EP1, shipping and handling:
Netherlands: €1,50; Europe: €2,50; Outside Europe: €3,00
LadyLau - Sense, shipping and handling:
Netherlands: €1,50; Europe: €2,50; Outside Europe: €3,00
LadyLau - EP1 + Sense, shipping and handling:
Netherlands: €2,50; Europe: €3,50; Outside Europe: €6,00
Delivery
The products are shipped worldwide. As long as a product is in stock, orders are sent as soon as possible after your payment has been received. If one of the products is not in stock, you will receive an e-mail about the waiting period for the product to be shipped. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to refund your purchase.
From the moment you received your shipping confirmation:
- Orders in the Netherlands can take up to 3 days for delivery
- Orders in Europe can take up to 3 weeks for delivery
- Orders outside Europe can take up to 5 weeks for delivery.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, send an email as soon as possible to store AT ladylau DOT com, and your purchase will be refunded immediately, provided it has not already been shipped. Once an order has shipped (an e-mail with the shipping confirmation has been sent) it can't be cancelled.
