Escapedia ft. LadyLau - War

Another new project! Fresh from the presses, Escapedia (Norway) is now in the air! Best described by the man behind the music himself, Andreas Ravnestadt:

"Escapedia is my pet project which I have been working on these last few months. Today I release one song called "War" featuring the esteemed artist LadyLau, and also announce the availability of a website for this project.

This song deals with the ongoing conflicts in the academic area of theoretical physics — in particular, string theories vs. other possible unifications of gravity and quantum physics. Also, this song depicts an intervowen story of two lovers travelling to a distant black hole to engage in quantum physics research.

I would like to thank LadyLau for her high level of professionalism, and for contributing her beautiful voice and words to this song. In fact, without LadyLau this song would never have existed! Please support her work!"

Blackorchidx ft. LadyLau - Tides of Faith

LadyLau goes on stage with Ian Parry and the Consortium Project!

At June 20th and 21nd the Gothic Metal Palace Festival will be held in Zuidlaren, the Netherlands. This two day event features some of the greatest gothic bands in the world of this moment. LadyLau will be joining the stage with Ian Parry and the Consortium Project for a unique show on Friday the 20th. This show will also be the final Consortium live show.

The complete line-up:

Ian Parry - lead vocals (Elegy/Ayreon/Vengeance);

Dirk Bruinenberg - drums (Adagio/Elegy);

Joshua Dutrieux - keyboards & guitar (Elegy);

Gert Nijboer - lead guitar (Highway Chile);

Surprise acoustic performance with Arjen/Ayreon and Marjan Welman

Today, January 26th, Laura joined Arjen Lucassen and Marjan Welman on stage for a unique acoustic performance to promote the new Ayreon album "01011001". Visitors of the Velvet Music Store in Delft, Holland, were surprised with this unexpected guest performance, for which Marjan and Arjen had invited Laura this same day. Pictures will follow soon!
